Together, we’ve raised $115 on GoFundMe so far, and donations are open until October 1, 2025. Every dollar helps continue the fight for mental health awareness.

Our Mission

Our Mission

In a world increasingly aware of the complexities surrounding mental health and addiction, the journey toward breaking the stigma can sometimes feel slow and treacherous. Yet, I am fueled by a powerful vision—one that involves lacing up our shoes and hitting the open road, one step at a time, to raise awareness and foster understanding. T

Through an annual long-distance walk dedicated to this cause, I believe we can not only spark conversations but also create real change in how society perceives mental health and addiction

Our Mission

Our Mission

Our Mission

We aim to walk nearly 400 km from Bowmanville, Ontario, to Niagara Falls, Canada. Along the way, we want to help others by handing out information cards. These cards will provide support and resources for people who may be struggling.

Together, we can make a positive impact while enjoying the journey!
